Registration Commitment
Registration confirms the participant’s and/or organisation’s intention to attend the training. As resources, facilitators, and logistics are arranged in advance, participants are kindly requested to register only when attendance is reasonably assured.
Cancellation or Changes by the Participant / Organisation
Whitefield Business School Ltd applies a fair and understanding cancellation policy:
More than 7 working days before the training start date: Cancellation accepted without penalty. Any fees paid will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee.
Between 3 and 7 working days before the training start date: 50% of the training fee will be applicable to cover preparation and logistical costs.
Less than 3 working days before the training start date or non-attendance: The full training fee remains payable,
Participant substitution is permitted at no additional cost, subject to prior notification.
Changes or Cancellation by Whitefield Business School Ltd
Whitefield Business School Ltd reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training programme due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered:

Whitefield Business School Ltd will provide all required documentation to support HRDC Training Grant Refund applications. However, approval, processing time, and reimbursement remain subject to HRDC policies, and Whitefield Business School Ltd shall not be held responsible for:

Participants are expected to attend the training fully and punctually to:

Qualify for a Certificate of Attendance
Meet HRDC attendance requirements (where applicable)
