Terms and Conditions

Registration Deadline

Registration will remain open until all available seats are sold. Once capacity is reached, no further registrations will be accepted.

Payment Terms

Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Bookings without full payment will not be considered valid.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made on or before 4th May 2025 will be eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made after 4th May but on or before 4th June 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made after 4th June 2025 will not be eligible for any refund.

Transfer of Registration

Participants may transfer their registration to another individual by notifying the organiser at least seven (7) days prior to the event. The transfer will only be valid upon confirmation by the organiser.

Booking Confirmation

Upon successful registration and full payment, participants will receive a Ticket containing their seat number, which will serve as proof of booking.

Event Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, or cyclonic conditions), no refunds will be issued.

Data Privacy

All personal information collected from participants will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Media & Promotion Consent

Whitefield reserves the right to photograph and record the event. Images, videos, and audio recordings may be used for promotional purposes related to future events.
